Early Childhood Center
The Early Childhood Center (ECC) is an education center open to families with children birth to eight years old who reside in the Bellevue Public Schools attendance area or are active duty military families. Parents are required to accompany their children and have the opportunity to check out toys and/ resources to take home with them. It is housed at the Bellevue Public Schools Welcome Center. The ECC is a place where children and their families can play, learn, and grow together. It is run by two certified teachers whose goal is to provide lifelong literacy skills to families in the Bellevue/Offutt Community.
